  Bought the top of the line car wash and used the no touch wash and the car was still dirty, went in and complained and the young man gave me another code. I drove back through and used the soft cloth wash and the brushes never got to the front of the car so the grime was still there. I went back in but this time the response was "one free wash is all you get!". I don't want a free wash, I paid for a clean car. Don't waste your money, go to a full service wash and it will be clean or they'll redo it for free and it will actually be clean.
