  I went up to the store today Mar 27th and tried to take back my charger that I had for a week, and they wouldn't take it back, said it had to have the box it came in. Then I had to purchase another one. Right away The manager Jesus' was rude arrogant and thinks he can make decisions based on his personal opinion. Nothing to do with safety or customers. What he did, He wouldn't let me see if my plug in worked that i couldn't use an outlet inside the store, and made u a bunch of excuses why not. (not very good customer service may I add) I told him to keep it real if he didn't want me too use the plug in, he told me I have to go outside to try the plug. Then After I found out that the new one worked it was evident that the one I tried to take back didn't work. I came in to let Manager know that and after he told me that I still couldn't take it back I set it on the counter for him to do what ever he wanted to do with it. Right away as I was walking outside to leave he came took a picture of me out told me that I'm kicked out for a year and I was trespassing being by the store. he then called the Police on me and said I was trespassing even though I was leaving. This is not the first time this type of thing happen kicking someone out He did the same thing to my daughter and my neighbor. I would not recommend anybody to go to this store. I put one star because I had to for able to post this review I wouldn't give this store -0 stars.

  I never write reviews but I'm forced to do so at this time. Avoid this store at all cost !!!! They had very friendly managers and friendly cashiers great at customer service. I don't mean the best but they smiled and maybe a have a good day/night enough for us to come back over and over. Well they have all new staff.Supervisor is a arrogant prick thinks he own the place. Cashiers are so rude. They really need to think about how they say things.
